April and Kyle 3.25.2018
April and Kyle’s wedding took place at The Music Box. Their wedding was one of the first weddings to take place there. The Music Box is an artist installment down at the edge of the Bywater/ Upper 9th ward. It consists multiple tree house like art structures that make sounds. There have been some awesome musical performances there. If you’re in New Orleans you need to check this place out. I got there just before the ceremony. April and Kyle did not want any preceremony photos, which was totally cool with me. I’m here for my clients, and here to document whatever they want. The ceremony took place on one of the music box structures. Dinner was immediately after with crawfish! Afterwards there was some speeches followed by first dances. While there was still available light, I stole April and Kyle and we got some portraits up on the levee by the Mississippi river. Once night hit, I brought out my lighting gear and got shots of the dance floor. It was a pretty fun wedding.
